The A L Events Signature Set Up is our most popular package for a reason. Simple yet striking, this design makes a massive statement and serves as the perfect centrepiece for your celebration. Whether it’s a milestone birthday or an anniversary, this setup guarantees the "wow" factor.

Package Includes:

Mesh Wall Backdrop (White or Black) 

Balloon Garland 

Large LED Light Numbers (0-9 available)

Customise your look: You can choose up to three colours for your balloon garland to perfectly match your theme. For the lighting, this package includes up to two LED numbers to celebrate a specific age or milestone. Please email us at info@alevents.co.nz after booking to let us know your number choices.

Want to take it to the next level? We love working with your ideas to create something truly special and unique. This setup provides a fantastic base that can be further styled to suit your specific event theme.

All balloons are yours to keep once the event is over. Styling items and décor pieces (like the mesh wall and lights) remain the property of AL Events and must be returned in the same condition. Any missing or damaged items may be charged. If you’d like to purchase any décor pieces, pricing is available on request.

We take care of everything from set-up to pack-down, so you can simply enjoy the celebration.

Travel is charged separately and is based on your event location — travel options at checkout.

This setup works best indoors to ensure the lights shine brightest. If you’re hoping to use it outdoors, let us know after booking at info@alevents.co.nz and we’ll ensure it’s styled and secured appropriately.

You’ll need an area of around 2.5m x 2m, with at least 2.1m ceiling height.
