How long do you need to set up? and pack down?
We typically need 45–60 minutes to set up and 30–45 minutes to pack down, depending on the size of your hire. We'll confirm exact times when we book you in.
Do you operate during the week?
Yes! We operate 7 days a week including weekdays. Weekday bookings are a great option and often have more availability.
Are you available after-hours?
We can accommodate after-hours pick ups for an additional late pick up fee of $50 for collections after 7pm. Please let us know at the time of booking.

What areas do you service?
We service Auckland and surrounding areas within 30km of Greenhithe. Travel outside this area may incur additional delivery fees — please get in touch to check your location.

What are the standard hiring times?
Our standard hire period is for the day of your event. Drop off is from 9:30am and pick up is by 7pm. Extended hire periods can be arranged — just ask us!
Do you set up Castles and Soft Play outdoors?
Yes, we can set up outdoors on grass (not freshly cut as this permanently stains our gear) or flat surfaces. We do require suitable weather conditions and a safe, accessible space. We'll assess this at the time of delivery.
There is also an additional charge for outdoor castle or bubble house bookings
Our venue is hard to access, can you help?
We'll always do our best! Please let us know about any access challenges (stairs, narrow entrances, parking restrictions) when booking so we can plan accordingly.
When/ how do I get my bond back?
Your bond is returned within 3–5 business days after pick up, once all items have been checked and returned in good condition. We'll process it back to your original payment method.
