Delivery Terms and Conditions

We have a standard delivery fee of $120 (30km from Greenhithe) which includes drop off and pick up.

If you are late to arrive at the set drop-off time, you may lose your bond. If we arrive to pick up and cannot pick up our items for any reason, you may also lose your bond.

If you require us to pick up after 7pm Monday-Sunday this will result in a late pick up fee of $50 

If you require a drop off time earlier than 9:30am Monday-Sunday this also can result in a $50 early drop off fee

Deliveries or pickups scheduled during Auckland's peak traffic times (6:30 AM – 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM) can incur an additional $50 fee to account for extended travel times and staffing requirements.
