Bond Terms and Conditions

Bonds are required for ALL of our items. This ensures safety and protection for our customers. Full payment is due 14 days prior to the event. 

We test all our electrical products prior to events or pick ups. If these stop working during your booking this may result in you loosing your bond. We encourage you to plug these directly into wall sockets. We ask you do not turn off any power before we arrive to pack down unless discussed with us directly. If you break or damage any item you hire, you have full responsibility to replace the item/s 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances talk to us about rescheduling. We do not offer any refunds for changes made within 30 days of your event. 

DELIVERY

We have a standard delivery fee of: $85 for up to a 35 minute drive from Ōpaheke & $120 for up to a 45 minute drive from Ōpaheke. Which includes drop off, set up and pick up. Please inquire about deliveries more than 45 minutes from Ōpaheke.

If you are late to arrive at the set drop off time this may result in losing your bond. If we arrive to pick up and cannot pick up our items for any reason this may also result in losing your bond. The person who makes the booking is fully responsible for all items hired. If none or some items aren’t returned your bond is instantly lost to pay for replacement items. 

If you require us to pick up after 7pm Monday-Sunday this will result in a late pick up fee of $50 

If you require a drop off time earlier than 9:30am Monday-Sunday this will also result in a $50 early drop off fee.

PARKING

When we arrive at your event please ensure there is a clear parking space directly at the entrance of your venue. We do not offer set up if we cannot safely, legally park for the required time to set up your items. If there is no clear pathway or parking space we will only be able to drop off the items or in some cases we will not be able to offer any service and no refund is given. Please ensure you are aware of this before making your booking. 

BOUNCY CASTLES 

If the weather does not allow us to put the bouncy castle up i.e rain or strong winds we do not offer any refund. Strong winds are extremely dangerous and it is important to us that we ensure your children’s safety comes first. We always suggest to have a back up indoor venue. You can reschedule to a new date providing it has not been taken by another customer. Or you can keep the full amount of the booking total as credit for up to 12 months. 


BOUNCY CASTLE BONDS

All Bouncy Castles have a $100 refundable bond. If this is not refunded due to the condition on pick up it covers the cleaning products and up to 2 hours of cleaning.


FOAM LETTER BONDS

This covers half the amount to replace a new letter should it be returned in a state that is not able to be rented out. To purchase a new letter it is over $200 not including travel to and from the warehouse to collect. 

SOFT PLAY BONDS

Number 1 rule is please have all balls returned to ball pits before pick up. This could result in loss of bond 

Any damage (food/drink spillages) to our soft play equipment during your hire period will result in loosing your bond and possibly be charged with a $200 cleaning fee. We do not allow any food, drink, facepaint, glitter, sharp objects or animals on or while playing on our soft play.
